Come train with us
NC State Grappling Club members together on the mats after a collegiate tournament

We’re a student-led community learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling at NC State. We train grappling fundamentals, practice self-defense, and put our skills to work on the mats—with discipline, respect, and room to improve together. Come to a few practices, meet the team, and see how you like it.
